Jeff was born on April 11, 1973 in Pointe Claire, Quebec, Canada.
From 1992 - 1995 he attended the Ontario College of Art in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

In 1996 Jeff began a design business creating tattoo flash. These designs have become
some of the best selling tattoos in the industry and can be seen all over the world.

Jeff began showing his artwork in 2001 and is currently working on a series of
paintings that will be shown sometime in 2008.
